Every request follows a disciplined sourcing process designed to deliver the right part at the right price with full traceability.
Requirement Analysis
We review your request in detail — part numbers, OEM specs, operating environment, and urgency. Ambiguous requirements get resolved before we spend your time or ours sourcing the wrong item.
Multi-Source Identification
We identify 2–4 potential sources for each item: the OEM, regional distributors, and certified aftermarket options. You choose your preferred balance of cost, lead time, and brand.
Verification & Quoting
We verify stock availability, condition, and lead time before quoting. No phantom inventory. Our quotes reflect real-world availability confirmed with the supplier at the time of inquiry.
Order & Inspection
Once approved, we place the order and manage supplier communication through to ready-to-ship status. Third-party inspection is available on request for high-value or critical items.
Documentation Package
Every order ships with a complete documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material test reports (where applicable), and any certifications required by your operation.
Handoff to Logistics
Order details are handed to our logistics team with full documentation, so customs clearance and last-mile delivery begin immediately when your goods leave the supplier's facility.
We Don't Source Counterfeit Parts. Ever.
Counterfeit industrial components are a real risk in global procurement — particularly in the oil and gas and mining sectors. Verdant maintains strict anti-counterfeit protocols across our entire supplier network.
Every supplier is vetted before joining our network. High-value items are available with third-party inspection reports. Our documentation packages include traceability from manufacturer to delivery.
OEM Authorization
Our primary suppliers hold current OEM authorization or distributor agreements for the brands they supply.
Material Test Reports
For critical components, material test reports (MTRs) and certificates of conformance are available on request.
Third-Party Inspection
We arrange independent inspection through recognized third-party firms for high-value or safety-critical items.
